DOCTORAL STUDENTSIntroduction [Biosketch]
- My present interests are in the historical methods of studying literature, politics of orality, mnemonic cultures, political thought in modern India, colonialism and decolonisation, and sport studies, specifically football and fandom.
- Some of my academic papers have been published in The Oral History Review (Taylor & Francis, 2025), Economic & Political Weekly (EPW, 2024), The Long History of Partition in Bengal (Routledge, 2024), Quarterly Review of Film and Video (Taylor & Francis, 2023), Environment, Climate Change and Migration (Routledge, 2023), Narrative Culture (Wayne State University Press, 2022), and Studies in People's History (SAGE, 2021).
- At present, I am the Joint Secretary of the Oral History Association of India and one of the Asian Representatives in the International Oral History Association.
